Magioni salad pizza

Is it a salad or is it a pizza? It’s contemporary festival food, that’s for sure! Fusion in every way imaginable.

Equipment

  • coarse grater
  • garnish bottle

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Magioni beetroot pizza crust
  • 300 gram smoked salmon (slivers or small dices)
  • 100 gram Japanese seaweed salad
  • 1 mango
  • 8 radishes
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 tbsp (Japanese) mayonaise
  • (black) sesame seeds
  • pepper & salt

Instructions
 

Pizza crust

  • Preheat the oven to 220℃ to bake the pizza crusts for about 5 minutes.

Topping

  • Cut your mango in small dices and the avocado in slices. Coarsely grate the radishes.
  • Mix ¼ of the mayonaise with the salmon.
  • Top the pizza's with the Japanse seaweed salad, mango, avocado, salmon, grated radish and finally garnish with some mayonaise (using the garnish bottle) and sesame seeds.
