Magioni salad pizza

Is it a salad or is it a pizza? It’s contemporary festival food, that’s for sure! Fusion in every way imaginable.
Equipment
- coarse grater
- garnish bottle
Ingredients
- 4 Magioni beetroot pizza crust
- 300 gram smoked salmon (slivers or small dices)
- 100 gram Japanese seaweed salad
- 1 mango
- 8 radishes
- 1 avocado
- 4 tbsp (Japanese) mayonaise
- (black) sesame seeds
- pepper & salt
Instructions
Pizza crust
- Preheat the oven to 220℃ to bake the pizza crusts for about 5 minutes.
Topping
- Cut your mango in small dices and the avocado in slices. Coarsely grate the radishes.
- Mix ¼ of the mayonaise with the salmon.
- Top the pizza's with the Japanse seaweed salad, mango, avocado, salmon, grated radish and finally garnish with some mayonaise (using the garnish bottle) and sesame seeds.
