Vanilla ice cream with olive oil & salt flakes
This one has been in my repertoire for over a decade, since my husband’s aunts made it during their ‘welcome to the family’ dinner. Even all these years later though, you’ll still be able to surprise and stun your guests with this simple, elegant and special dessert!
Ingredients
- 4 scoops of (cream based) vanilla ice cream
- high quality extra virgin olive oil
- salt flakes
Instructions
- Serve a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a dash of high quality olive oil and a small sprinkle of salt flakes.
