I got inspired for this recipe years ago at my favorite Amsterdam wine bar Rayleigh & Ramsay. Surely the inspiring dish isn’t on the menu anymore, but the wine bar is still very much worth a visit!
I love surprising combinations and this one works particularly well! Add to that that this one is very easy to make and I really can’t think of a reason you shouldn’t try it!

Great with goat cheese, but goes perfectly with any cheese board!
