To make little boats of baking paper, fold each sheet like a harmonica, 2 centimeters wide each time.
When you've completely folded it, tie a piece of cooking twine at both ends and then fold the middle out, to create the little boat.
See the picture at the bottom of this page.
Greens
Cut off the hard ends of the asparagus.
Cut the zucchini in 1 by 1 cm cubes.
Put some olive oil on the vegetables and quickly grill them in the cast iron grill pan. They don't need to be completely done, because they'll go into the oven.
Salmon
Take the salmon fillets. If you chose fillets with skin, put them skin side down.
Put some mustard on the salmon. Mix some olive oil with tarragon and smoked paprika powder and brush that onto the mustard. Then add a bit of brown caster sugar on top.
Boats
Now put some zucchini on the bottom of each boat. Crush 4 cloves of garlic, skin still on and put them on top of the zucchini (1 per boat). Then sprinkle some olive oil and salt over it.
Put the salmon fillets on top of the zucchini and place the asparagus along side the salmons in the boats. Although in my picture you see them sticking out, it's better to put the asparagus heads inside the boats to prevent them from drying out.
Put the boats into the oven for 17 minutes.
Put the baking sheet boats on plates and serve like this. Everyone will have their own boat.
